How can you determine if a Job Offer is Scam?
Job scams are an unfortunate reality of the recruitment market.
So How can you determine if a Job Offer is Scam
->When they say
- No Experience Required.
(If the job description is vague and you do not require any skills or experience to get it,this is usually the first sign of a job scam.
Remember that even an enter-level job requires some sort of experience or skills.) - You are hired on the spot/ Tele Interview.
- Requires you to pay money.
- High salary that attracts your attention.
- You are asked for your personal info.
- Poorly written JobAds.
- Personal email accounts.
- You have no idea about company .
- Cross check the offer before sharing your Identification/Personal information.
- If you're asked to pay, it's not a real job offer.
- You did not apply.
- Unprofessional communication.(Job offers containing grammatical errors, spelling mistakes and incorrect punctuation are definitely scam emails as authentic job offers would not include such errors.)
- You have to provide sensitive information.(If your personal information such as date of birth, driver’s license number, bank details or address is requested in a job offer, more likely than not, it is a scam. No genuine organization will ask for your personal details in the job offer itself.)
